Barricades

So, yesterday’s very eerie drive turned into today’s barricaded drive. I so love our little beach town but let me explain the visual I experienced this morning. About halfway down the beach is a public parking area right beside the Guana reserve and that is where there was yellow crime scene tape (not caution tape) across the open spaces tied to the speed limit signs. In the middle of the tape was two undercover patrol cars in full lights ensuring the parking lot stayed safe from wayward tourists. It was quite comical when you saw this and not a soul in site. Anyways, looking forward to what site tomorrow brings. After all, it’s the crazy little things that are keeping most of us sane right now.
